Returns & Exchanges

Behind the Back wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you find an item you purchased not to your satisfaction you are welcome to return any stock merchandise that is in new, store-bought condition with tags still attached. Please do not personalize, wash, or play with merchandise until you are sure it’s right for you.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange your merchandise. Attached to your packing slip you will receive a Behind the Back Return/Exchange Form. Fill out the form completely and included in the package containing the item to be returned. Please allow up to two billing cycles for return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please allow two to three weeks for exchanges. Behind the Back cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Return Procedures

Step #1:

Call 410-315-8717 to receive a Return/Exchange Authorization Number (REA#).

Authorization is required for all returns and exchanges

Step #2:

Complete the returns form provided with your order.

Step #3:

Add the REA# to the SHIP TO address
